You and your dog/s will have such an incredibly paw-some time. There’s a reason why we love to return with our own dogs every year and we can’t wait to share that joy and fun with you.

Please provide us with the information below. This is needed for a number of purposes, including booking your session date & beginning to plan your un-fur-gettable photography experience.

For the best chance of your preferred date, please submit as quickly as possible.

What will happen after you’ve sent your booking through?

We’ll check and confirm availability for your requested date.
We’ll be in touch to let you know that your selected date is available or to discuss alternatives.
Once the date is confirmed, payment is required within 48 hours to confirm the booking and session date. This payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card.

Booking Terms & Conditions
1. We will respond to bookings and allocate dates in the order that this information is received.
2. The non-refundable Photography Session fee is required within 48 hours to secure your spot. If payment is not made, then the date will become available for other bookings.
3. Included in the Photography Session fee – the ‘Snowy Paws, Happy Tales’ eBook, Session Design Consultation, your Photography Session at Dinner Plain & your Preview and Artwork Appointment.
4. Not included – Accommodation, food, travel, additional session add-ons, photography products (including digital files). Photography products start at $288 for a ready-to-frame folio print and $588 for completely finished wall art. You can find more on our beautiful wallart and products here. Prices for wall art pieces is dependent on the size, finish and style of the piece which we discuss at the design consultation.
5. While we’ve planned the snow dog retreats around the best snow fall times, we cannot guarantee the snow conditions at the time of your photography session. In the unlikely event that there isn’t snow at Dinner Plain on your date, we are going to be as disappointed as you are, but will still photograph in the beautiful Alpine landscape.
6. In the event that the weather is not suitable for your photography session we will discuss with you alternative arrangements which may include rescheduling and indoor/undercover options.
7. Due to the high costs involved of travelling to offer Snow Dogs Photography Sessions & Retreats, your session fee is non-refundable. In the event you’re unable to attend your session, it is transferable to another person. You will be solely responsible for finding someone to take your place.
