Does the whole world needs to meet your adorable doggo?
Have you been waiting for the pawfect reason to have your best friend photographed?
Want the feel good of knowing that your participation supports incredible dogs?
Nodding your head with a definitive ‘Yes’? Intrigued to know more?
Well read on….!

I’ve been selected as one of the pet photographers from around the world to participate in a special limited-edition book project, Tails of the World.
It’s forth year running, the goal of Tails of the World is to support animal rescue while showing off some of the most adorable pets from each participating photographer!
For the project in 2025 I’ll be photographing the most adored dogs of Hobart & Tasmania! There will be op-paw-tunities for sessions in locations from the forest, beach, urban and historical sites. BUT there are only 10 spots available though so you want to jump in quickly!
Tails of the World is an international collective of professional pet photographers. To date, over US250,000 has been raised for animal charities with local coffee table books.
In 2025 the collective continues a BIGGER mission – a global mission! From March to September, we’re uniting to make a difference for pets in need.
As part of this Puppy Tales will be holding limited edition photo sessions in support of this fundraising cause, with 100% of the session fee donated to Guide Dogs Tasmania. PLUS we’ll donate 5% of all wall art purchased following your session to these organisations.

A Few Important Things to Note:
Dogs are selected at the discretion of Puppy Tales. 𝙒𝙚’𝙧𝙚 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙢𝙤𝙙𝙚𝙡𝙨, but rather pet parents su-paw keen to capture their beloved pets in a photo experience for this meaningful endeavour and to have some stunning wallart or prints to cherish for many, many years to come. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the project. We’re looking for a diverse range of dogs, ages, colours and talents amongst the breeds and mixes.
Thank you SO much! They are simply gorgeous. We cannot believe how well the jetty one came up with no duck poo! We will cherish these for life! Thank you again for your generosity and help throughout.
We love the photos! They are looking great in our house and we are getting a lot of "ooh's" and "ahh's" with sharing them.
Kerry is an incredibly talented photographer and dog whisperer, her toolbox is full of every tip and trick to ensure she gets the best photos of the dogs in front of her. I can't rate my experience highly enough!
Kerry Martin – award-winning photographer, author & pet parent!
Kerry Martin is a passionate dog lover. Crazy some may even say 😉! She’s dog mum to two much-adored (and much-spoilt!) dogs, Keiko & Summer. ^^^^ that’s them!
“They give my days fun, exercise and meaning. I don’t know what my life would look like without them, and for this Aussie fur-mum, they are the Australian doggos of the decade! They, along with the many, many amazing dogs I’ve photographed as a dog photographer are the inspiration behind these awards. I want to share stories of their amazing feats, I want to highlight the very im-paw-tant jobs they are doing and I want to showcase just how incredible dogs are”.
For Kerry, as the human behind Puppy Tales and a community aiming to help and inspire pet parents live their most pawsome life together, dogs, photography & travel are what matters most to her.
She has been a professional photographer for over 15 years. She’s a Master of Photography and has won multiple National & International Awards. The most notable of these awards include Australian and Victorian Pet and Animal Photographer of the Year. These awards were with photos taken for pawrents just like you. Each pet offers something incredibly unique and special, and each session is treated like an award-winning one.
Kerry also loves to write & share about dogs, travel and adventures together. In addition to content for Puppy Tales, she’s written articles for popular dog publications including Dog Life Magazine, Pets and Dogs NSW. She’s also been interviewed and/or contributed expertise to articles in publications including Travel with Dogs by Lonely Planet, Herald Sun, Sydney Morning Herald, Sunday Tasmanian, Capture and Digital Photography Magazine. And she’s appeared on television talking about travelling with dogs (Channel Nine TODAY Show) and dog photography (Channel 10 Pooches at Play and Channel 10 Animal Extra). Her first book Dog Tales of Australia is available now.
