Dog Photo Challenge ~ Pink
Did you know that the colour ‘pink’ takes its name from a flower of the same name? And that it was first used as a colour name in the 17th century?
That’s some random trivia for you around the colour pink…. What does it have to do with dog’s you may be wondering. Well…. it’s the colour theme for this week’s dog photo challenge!
Pink is a positive colour associated with love, beauty, charm, politeness, sensitivity, tenderness, sweetness and childhood. So that, if you ask me, makes it a perfect pairing with dogs we love!
This Week’s Photo Challenge Theme: PINK!
Although we’ve met a couple with pink hair colour, there’s not too many pink dogs about! So that means you’ll be looking to backgrounds, scenes, props, accessories and the natural environment to add the colour pink to your dog photos for the photo challenge this week. A cute pink bow-tie, beautiful pink flowers, a pink elephant toy or a pink painted wall or bedspread. These are just a few ideas and we’re sure you will think of many more.
And, as always, you’re welcome to apply the theme creatively. Maybe something along the lines of being ‘tickled pink’ or ‘pink elephants’.
We can’t wait to check out all your pink photos this week!
