Dog Photo Challenge ~ Cheeky Tongue
😛 😛 😛
How often do you get a photo of a cute cheeky tongue from your dog?
If you’re anything like me, it’s often!
That little hint of pink tongue. It can look like they are intentionally sticking their tongue out at you.
Or that they are rolling their tongue. And then there’s that adorable cheeky side tongue!
When I see that I’ve taken such a photo, it never fails to leave me with a smile on my face.
So, in the interests of leaving everyone with a smile, this week’s photo challenge is ‘Cheeky Tongue’.
This Week’s Theme: CHEEKY TONGUE
It can be hard to specifically capture a cheeky tongue poking out from your dog, but you might want to try some of the following things to increase your chances:
- Immediately after they’ve had a drink or something to eat – the chances are that they will lick their lips,
- When they are in the midst of running around and being active,
- Use a sticky treat like peanut butter (be careful to avoid ingredients & artificial sweeteners like Xylitol which is not safe for dogs)
- When they are sleeping – how often their tongue is out when they are sleeping though will depend on the individual dog
You’re also welcome to share a previously captured photo – one from the past where your dog has given you a cheeky tongue photo when you weren’t actually trying for this!
Don’t forget to also share the theme with or tag your friends who will love to play along!
