Dog Photo Challenge ~ Back to Nature
Who loves to head into the great outdoors with their dogs?
In fact, we adore getting back to nature.
We love the quality human-pup time, the fresh air and the explorations that take place.
And although I can’t speak dog (yet!), I’m sure our dogs love it equally as much!
This Week’s Theme: Back to Nature
This week’s photo challenge theme is ‘Back to Nature’ and we can’t wait to see your dogs enjoying life as dogs ought to be!
Share with us your favourite spot to head in nature with your dog. Or maybe a furbulous new spot you’ve recently discovered together.
As with any of our photo challenges, you’re welcome to apply the theme creatively!
Our ‘Back to Nature’ Inspiration
I’ve had the wonderful pleasure of getting back to nature with my own dogs and of exploring it during photography sessions
Top ~ Our border collie puppy Summer when on her first ‘back to nature’ experience when we holidayed along the Great Ocean Road when she was a 4 month old pup.
Middle ~ Keiko, our Japanese Spitz, loves to explore nature, especially if he can do so off lead. Here he headed up a rock incline…. and then posed for a photo to show off his cleverness.
Don’t you think Aussie Shepherd Barkley looks adorable? It looks to us like he’s taken time out to stop and smell the roses!
Tahn the Weimaraner. Do you think he’s checking out his own gorgeous reflection or looking for fishes? 😉
Australian Cattle Dog Spock and Labrador Rex our both getting back to nature amongst the trees.
Bottom ~ Rook the Tamaskan is posing perfection amongst the autumn leaves.
Sharing your Photos
Meeting and hearing all about your dogs and the love you have for them makes our day! There’s lots of ways to share your photos for this weeks challenge:
- On Facebook – Post your photo under the theme post when it appears on Facebook.
- On Instagram – Tag your photos that fit the theme with #pt_nature so we can find them!
- In the Comments – Share your photo in the comments below. If you have photos on other photo sharing sites (like 500px or Flickr) then feel free to leave a link to your photo in the comments.
However you share, don’t forget to include your dogs name/s. If there is a great story, or puppy tale, that goes with your photo them we’d also love to hear it! Especially if you’re sending us something creative and we may not immediately ‘get’ how your photo fits the theme!
