The sleepy seaside town of Bermagui has some great cafes and eateries to check out when you are in the region. With the south coast of NSW having such great weather, most of them have outdoor seating and are Dog-Friendly Cafes, so they don’t mind if your dog joins you for a bite to eat or a drink. When we visited Bermagui we visited these eateries and would gladly recommend you drop by. What we found when we visited was that a lot of the coffee and food outlets close between 2 pm and 3 pm, so make sure you get your afternoon tea before then. Check out our Dog-Friendly Destination Guide for Bermagui to plan your next trip!

Located at Big4 Wallaga Lake Caravan Park, Camel Rock Brewery Cafe is open to all customers with a kid’s playroom on site. They have created a great atmosphere so it doesn’t feel like the cafe is within the caravan park grounds. With a Happy Hour that is on every weekday from 4 pm – 6 pm, it is a great way to start an evening followed by a selection from their menu. They also brew their own beers on site, but when we visited they were only available in small tasting pots as they had only just started this production. This will change as production increases in the future.
