By popular demand the theme for this year is….Santa Paws House!
At least that’s what I’m calling it 😉. The backdrop photo you see above will be the setting for this year. Of course, I’ll be adding accessories and props, (and cute pups & pets of course!) to the scene!
You’ll have 15 minutes of photography in our Christmas themed set and an online digital gallery comprising of the best photos from your mini session within 7 days. From these you’ll select your favourite 4 and they will be edited & prepared for you to download and enjoy. The photos will be prepared as both high resolution so you can take them to print, and internet versions so they are ready for you to pop onto social media whenever you want!
The photos delivered for the Christmas Minis can be used by you personally – for creating Christmas Cards to send to your furiends, friends & family; for sharing on social media; for printing on phone cases or cushion covers! Please enquire if you’d like Christmas photos to use in your business or commercially.
The scenes we’ve designed will allow for up to two dogs/pets to be photographed comfortably together. Adding more pets, also means more time is needed for ‘pet wrangling’. So, if you have more than two, I recommend booking two mini sessions – one following the other. This will give us the time to capture great photos of all the pets, and if time & space permits, we’ll aim for a photo of all of them together.
The furry (or feathered if by chance there are any!) family members will be the centre of attention for these mini sessions. Where time permits, I’m happy to include the humans in the family. Please consider though these aren’t designed as family photos – the space in the scene (they have been created with pets in mind after all!) may not accommodate a family – there’s most likely room for up two adults OR two children.
Yep! You’re welcome to bring along any attire or accessories that you’d like to include in a photo. I’d recommend a maximum of 2 items or outfits with the time we’ll have, and for the humans to arrive dressed in what they’d like to be photographed in.
I’m not going to set a number – I’m going to show you the best that were captured. And this is going to vary depending on the number of dogs/pets you have photographed, on the additional accessories or props we add, whether there’s people in some photos and how your dog/pet goes on the day.
Santa will make an appearance. I know (from experience with our dog Keiko!) that not all dogs are comfortable being around a stranger dressed in a Santa suit! That’s why I’ve made the sets so that he can be included for a couple of photos but isn’t fundamental to a pawsome photo. And to keep your dog as the star, these won’t be ‘traditional’ Santa photos, but rather with hints or elements of Santa appearing. Your dog might sit at his feet or shake his hand for example.
Due to the nature of Christmas Minis, the booking fee is non-refundable if you’re running late, don’t show or change your mind. You can transfer your booking to someone else ahead of the day should you not be able to make it.
