New look for Puppy Tales
Over the last week Puppy Tales has been changing before your very eyes, so my apologies to those who came by when the home page was a little jumbled or if you got some test posts in your RSS, but we love to live on the edge and work directly on the live site!
So what’s new around here? Well straight away you will notice our new ‘doggie dashboard’ at the top of the homepage. Basically this is a place for us to showcase more dog fun, all the time, more quickly and from more places. Here we will share our Instagram photos, Tweets, links and the images we love plus the odd video or two. But best of all we will also be sharing some of your photos and links too. How?
- If you are on Instagram just tag your dog photos with #puppytales and the ones we favourite will go live on the site!
- If you are on Twitter tweet @puppy_tales and we can retweet your images and links!
- If you are keen to share your dog’s images or stories as always you can still contact us.

We have also added some site categories to help you navigate the site more easily by being able to access old and new posts that are no longer on the home page. We’re also focusing on some of these categories going forward to build some useful resources.
At the top right of the page we have added links to some of our other web hangouts such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and of course our RSS feed. So if you are interested in staying in touch with us please follow, like or become a friend.
There are some other little tweaks around the place like an “about” blurb and our newsletter signup that are both now more accessible on the homepage. But most of the other changes have been behind-the-scenes in a much needed software update.
So let us know what you think. We hope you find more opportunities to connect with us whether it be through photos, stories, comments, ideas or just for a chat. We look forward to bringing you more dog news, fun, products and images everyday!
